Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately your parcel disappeared in transit on the way to the UK. As we discussed by phone, we had replied to your emails and you subsequently found our responses in your spam box. As we no longer had the item in stock, we issued a full refund. We hope you will consider us for a future order. Best regards The Glisshop Team

No I certainly would not consider using you again as to be honest you did not believe the parcel had got lost in transit to the point you made me sign a ridiculous form with a legal undertaking that if it turned out I had the jacket I would be liable. When I finally passed your "i'm a thief test" you then refunded me.

Verified reviewMy first delivery was subject of a theft before it got to me, so I was given the option of a refund or for a new item to be dispatched. I chose a new dispatch. My Maui Jim sunglasses arrived in perfect condition within about a week. Excellent service and at a competitive price.
