Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. You placed your order on Sunday 30 November and your order was dispatched on 2 December and delivered on 10 December. We are extremely sorry that the parcel was left outdoors and we have made a complaint with Royal Mail as our parcels have to be signed for. We also apologise if you feel that our communication was not satisfactory. We have taken on board your feedback and an additional email is now sent to customers explaining that the tracking link is not active until the parcel has cleared customs and been handed over to Royal Mail. Verified reviewVery poor service, sent incorrect googles, lady very unhelpful when I called their customer service, then when returned - ran out of stock of the goggles I wanted. No gesture of good will or recommendation of similar product to keep my customers. Do not use, use other sites instead.

It would seem that an error was made during the order preparation and once you signalled the mistake to us, we no longer had the item you ordered in stock and you were of course issued a full refund.
