Ordering was great, taking payment all seamless, order arrived swiftly, ordering was a great experience. Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Ordering was easy and despite being shipped from France to Scotland, the shoes were delivered in good time.

My delivery had some pre Christmas delays purely as a result of the courier service and Glisshop customer service team supported in chasing the courier and were always available and willing to help. I am yet to try the skis so review is purely based on Glisshop and the excellent customer service.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We ship parcels to the UK twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Once dispatched, they must pass through customs before being handed over to Royal Mail, which can add some additional time to the delivery process. Verified reviewNot great if I’m honest poor response to emails taking 2 or 3 days for a reply sometimes and live chat they never seemed to respond to either when they did respomd to email it was with short answers packaging was terrible and all Opened when arrived sent pictures straight away and waited for a reply and the reply literally said is the board damaged no sorry no explanation then eventually a replay offering a £20 gift card if I ordered over £50 from them which to be honest I wouldn’t order again from this company so is of absolutely no use to me I told them that and am still waiting for a reply if I was being totally honest i wouldn’t recommend using this company
