Needed to request a refund as the item did not fit and this is where the customer service failed. Order returned and delivered to Gliss, still waiting for my refund some 2 weeks later with not contact or return of calls. Shame to be let down.

Verified reviewItem had not arrived after two weeks, no tracking information available. I had to email them to find out that the parcel had been lost or stolen and item was no longer in stock. However it is still showing as available on their website 🤷♀️ Also had to fill a form out to get a refund! That should be automatic. They give you all these warnings about opening the parcel in front of the delivery person, which is not always possible. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

As soon as the carrier confirmed the loss, we issued a full refund. The form you were asked to complete is part of the standard claims procedure when a parcel goes missing. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in helping us complete this process. Regarding the item still appearing as available on our website, stock levels can occasionally change or display inaccurately due to timing and inventory updates. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. The advice about checking parcels upon delivery applies only when a package appears visibly damaged. In such cases, noting the damage with the carrier helps us investigate and process any claims more quickly. We understand that this is not always possible and would never expect customers to open every parcel in front of the delivery driver. We hope you will consider using Glisshop again in the future.
