Verified review1st order was dispatched quickly, but 2nd order for additional wallpaper took much longer and delayed installation on the wallpaper. I would still recommend, however.

Verified reviewGreat selection of products and very responsive customer service - I rated 4 instead of 5 because on this occasion the fabric I purchased (which is white, delicate and sensitive to water) was not well packaged. It was packaged in a simple plastic wrapping that tore during shipping and the delivery was left in the snow. Luckily the fabric was not damaged.

Verified reviewI have sourced many products from Etoffe this year and I have been very impressed with its customer service (I have asked questions that were responded to very promptly and helpfully) and its product selection and stock. The reason that I did not give a 5 star is because I found the DHL delivery service that Etoffe used to be difficult to contact when I was having trouble paying the customs fees on-line through its website.

Verified reviewEtoffe's big advantage is customisation and personalization. You can also see the murals in your room and are thus able to make accurate predictions or useful decisions. Items are securely packed and boxed and are securely delivered using DHL Express. You will then receive email messages from Etoffe's friendly customer service team informing you of the delivery status. Highly recommended.
