Verified reviewordered a mural expecting a single panel -- not for a large area at all, and have received large murals by the same designer in single panels -- and received 8 separate panels which I cannot use.

Verified reviewI was a little hesitant to place an order through Etoffe.com at first not because I've doubted their credibility, but simply because the company is based in France and I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of shipping and delivery time. I used the contact form on their website to ask a few questions before ordering and to my surprise, I received a response almost immediately. Feeling reassured, I went ahead and placed my order and I'm so glad I did! The wallpaper mural arrived within 14 days, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition. Communication from the delivery service was clear and consistent, which eased all my concerns. This was truly a five star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Etoffe.com and fully plan to purchase from them again. Their customer service, speed, and product quality exceeded my expectations.
