Verified reviewVery pleased with the price point and speed of delivery, overall very impressed. Only reason for 4* (not 5*) was that the ski poles arrived without baskets. However, Ekosport were very efficient at getting a replacement set of baskets to me within 7-10 days after notifying them. So overall, very pleased.

Verified reviewExcellent range of products and pricing is very competitive. My only issue was the shipping. I am in the UK. Immediately after ordering, the ECOsport website showed the product as "shipped" but the delivery company showed the orders as "expected". It remained in this state for three days before I contacted customer service. They reported that UK shipments are consolidated twice per week and my orders were just about to ship. Product arrived safely just over a week after ordering. It would be very helpful if this shipping timing and method was disclosed and the order status on the website was accurate.

Verified reviewGood prices and I struck lucky with no VAT to pay on goods being sent to the UK. Took 5 days to arrive. No customs charges either. Weird. Just lucky I suppose.
