We would like to clarify that since Brexit, all parcels between the UK and the EU must go through customs processing and sorting centres. This additional step can unfortunately cause delays in transit and returns, which can sometimes extend to 2, 3, or even up to 5 weeks. These delays are entirely dependent on customs procedures and are therefore outside of our control. Regarding your return, we understand your concern about the timing of the refund. As soon as your request was brought to our attention, we immediately processed the refund, which was completed within one week of your contact with us. We also note your comment regarding the product colour. We are sorry if the item did not meet your expectations compared to the images shown online. While we regret the inconvenience caused, we would like to emphasize that we did act promptly once your case was escalated to our customer service team. Dear Allan, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to clarify that we did not receive any email, phone call, or “non-conforming item” return request from you. As stated in our return policy, when a customer receives a non-conforming item, we ask that a formal online non-conformity request be submitted, including photos of the issue, so we can properly assess the situation. In such cases, we then provide a fully prepaid return label. In order to proceed under this procedure, we must first be informed of the issue. According to our records, a standard return was initiated instead. In this case, return shipping costs are indeed the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our terms and conditions. All of this information is clearly available at the bottom of our website. You can also reach us by phone every weekday morning should you need assistance.
