Dear Fynlay, We take note of your feedback. Regarding your first email dated May 13, Ekosport replied on May 15 (May 14 being a public holiday in France). According to the carrier’s information, delivery was attempted on three occasions, but in their records, no one was available to receive the parcel. Customers also have the option to request delivery to a pickup point online, but this must be done before the third delivery attempt. Please note that we do not have the ability to directly verify detailed tracking information on the carrier’s website. We have responded to all your emails, more or less promptly, but you did always receive a reply, and at the end of the investigation you were refunded. We follow a procedure that may not suit all customers, but an investigation must be carried out before any compensation can be issued. If a parcel cannot be located and the product is no longer available in stock, it's of course standard practice to refund the customer. Kind regards, Ekosport
