The product references I wanted to order were very poorly presented, and the page did not match the one the very kind saleswoman I contacted by phone had.

I am giving this rating because the delivery was not made to the requested parcel relay point. The relay point was changed without my opinion being asked, and I had to take my car specifically to go and collect it.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience; we have contacted the carrier who has no explanation to give us. If this happens again, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. The CRISTEL Team.

Perfect, thank you. I felt it was important to bring this delivery issue to your attention, as it's an integral part of the service. I would have preferred to pay more for a quality, reliable carrier. However, I can confirm that the quality of the pot itself is perfect and fully meets my expectations, which is of course the most important thing. Kind regards
