Expensive equipment but of very good quality! The finish is superb, but beyond that, the cooking is perfect

A clear and detailed description of each item offered on the seller's website is essential, (the relevance of the illustrations provided plays a crucial role, especially since the item is only seen on a screen, without any other sensitive data.)

Smooth, the only drawback: not being able to choose anything other than DPD for delivery (very problematic for receiving one's package properly).

Customer service responds to requests. It seems that their merchandise is of excellent quality. It seems to me that 'made in France' is not total on certain products. The cost is high and stainless steel requires precautions and a certain level of care in its use, but I think it is better to use good equipment that does not pose a risk to health and is durable. The site includes many explanations for proper use, as well as the leaflets sent with orders.
