A devoted Cristel customer for over 20 years. I have the Mutine and Multiply ranges. It's an investment, but it's for life! And what a pleasure it is to cook with high-performance, easy-to-clean equipment! Personally, I never put them in the dishwasher. I recommend it without hesitation.

Well-designed site. I placed an order and forgot a promo code. I sent an email specifying the code before shipping and was told I had to cancel the order and place a new one to validate the code. I preferred to let it go. As for the delivery, the handle of the pan had gone through the box. Fortunately, there was no damage.

Serious online site, just like the products offered. I can't say more because the products are for my second home, I haven't used them yet. Just one remark: the description of the sharpening steel is very insufficient, but customer service answered my questions.

The printing of the package label needs to be improved. The merchant had a terrible time validating the receipt. The barcode was half erased.

Cristel's website is very clear. We can quickly view the products we are interested in. If there is a stock shortage, as was the case for us, we are quickly notified of the future availability of the item we have chosen. The order then arrives at home within the announced timeframe. Nothing to complain about the seriousness of this company!
