I've had this crepe pan for a very long time, I even use it to make fried eggs, which is why I ordered it for my nephew.

Hello, I sent an email via my account concerning a lack of material inside my pan, with a photo to support it. For the price of the pan, I don't understand why it wasn't checked beforehand. I haven't had any response from Cristel about this for over 5 days. It's a shame.

The website is very well designed, it clearly explains the differences between the saucepan models; for unavailable items, the alert when they become available works very well; regarding the time between ordering and shipping, it couldn't be faster; the delivery is also perfect;
