Product carefully packaged. Customer service always present, cordial and efficient. I just regret the choice of the DPD carrier, because home delivery is not by appointment unlike what is announced.

The pans and pots made in France are of good quality. On the other hand, the customer service is not great. Within an order of €300, I bought scissors that were marked as dishwasher safe and they started to rust after the first wash: I was very disappointed because I bought them solely because they were dishwasher safe. I shared my disappointment with customer service, who told me it was probably food residue or the use of a corrosive product. In the end, customer service left me to handle and pay for the return of the scissors and changed the description on the site, marking that the scissors were not dishwasher safe. Customer service never apologized or admitted any issue with these scissors.
