Recently I ordered a gasket for the pressure cooker, unfortunately I made a mistake. As a loyal customer of this brand, I couldn't get a free return. I already paid eight euros for shipping there and back, and I only paid four euros. I am not at all satisfied with the customer service at Christel. Give your opinion, well listen

I regret that there is no instruction manual to fully enjoy the non-stick treatment of this pan? And thus ensure a long life for this aluminum sauté pan and its non-stick coating!

The website is very good, but I had trouble placing my order while keeping a discount and free shipping. The customer service was very responsive after I contacted them to resolve my issue.

Good product But concerning the delivery, DPD changed the delivery location/store several times, and it took over a week to deliver. The delivery driver is unreliable.
