The website is comprehensive, however, you need to be a bit of a connoisseur to find the product that suits you. We bought a sauté pan after an essential visit to the store to avoid making a mistake.

Very disappointed with customer service. Order placed Sunday evening. Monday morning at 9 am I called to say I made a mistake in the order, and even though the order had not yet been sent, I was told it was too late to change it. I had to send back the item that was not suitable for me and re-order. Result: €6.50 to send back and €8.00 for shipping for the new order. I don't find this very good business practice.

Très déçue par le SAV. Commande passée le dimanche soir. Lundi matin à 9h je téléphone pour dire que j'ai fait une erreur dans la commande, et bien que la commande n ait pas été encore envoyée , on me répond qu'il est trop tard pour modifier. J ai dû renvoyer l'article qui ne me convenait pas,refaire une nouvelle commande . Bilan : 6.50€ pour renvoyer et 8.00€ d envoi pour la nouvelle commande . Je ne trouve pas cela très commercial.

Well-designed site. Ordered online, as it wasn't found in specialized "kitchenware" stores, at least not in my region. Good product selection on the Cristel site. My order was for a Mutine casserole dish. The package arrived quickly at the pickup point. Well-packaged. Well done.

Site bien fait .Commandé par internet, car non trouvé en magasin spécialisé "articles de cuisine" ; du moins sur ma région .Bon choix de produits sur site Cristel. La commande me concernant était ,une cocotte mutine. Le colis est arrivé rapidement au point-relais .Bien emballé . Bravo
