My order was placed on January 14th, not the 17th, and I received it on January 20th. The DPD delivery driver was pleasant and polite.

Having known the Cristel brand for many years and used their equipment, I was not surprised at all when using the stockpot I just acquired, which gives me complete satisfaction. Cristel is the best brand in its category.

Huge disappointment. Delivery was supposed to take 24 to 48 hours. It took more than double that. Useless. Especially when you know the quality of the utensils sold. Too bad the rest doesn't measure up. After contacting customer service to find a solution for the delivery, I would have expected a commercial gesture. I'm still waiting.

Énorme déception. La livraison devait seffectuer en 24 à 48h. Ça a pris plus du double. Nul. J’attends toujours.

Item very very well packaged, it's been a long time since I had a package packed with such care. This suggests that the same care was taken in the manufacturing of my kitchen utensil. Thank you

Merci
