Perfect! Nothing more to say. Just a suggestion regarding delivery: the site should mention that the customer must check their delivery in front of the delivery person and urge delivery services to allow the delivery person time to do so, as they are often in a hurry.

Parfait !

Hello, delighted to have bought the set of four saucepans some time ago, so I decided to give a saucepan, a frying pan, a sauté pan, lids, and handles as a wedding gift to my son and daughter-in-law. They will have them for their entire lives. These utensils are indestructible.

Bonjour, enchantée d'avoir acheté la série de quatre casseroles il y a quelques temps, j'ai donc décidé d'offrir en cadeau de mariage à mon fils et ma belle fille une casserole une poêle une sauteuse les couvercles et les poignées. Ils les auront pour toute leur vie. Inusable ces ustencils;

Well-designed site with dimensions of items allowing you to make your choice. This feature to be notified of the availability of a chosen product when it is out of stock is very good, and it works.

I ordered a large-capacity round pan at the beginning of September, which I have used for several recipes both on my stovetop and in the oven, and I am very satisfied with it.

Looking for a quality frying pan, Cristel is the only site that clearly and precisely compares the different non-stick, stainless steel, and steel products. The offer is clear and navigation is comfortable. Package received on time and carefully packed.

I already knew the brand. I had these products 30 years ago but they were not compatible with induction. I had to renew the range. It works perfectly with the "water drops" trick. Thank you Cristel.

Merci Cristel.

I am satisfied with the products received even though I have not used them yet. The purchase from Cristel was based on trust acquired, particularly from previous purchases. I suggest that the site makes it easier to select products to buy by being more precise in their presentation: indicating product sizes, for example.
