Pot damaged (holes in the top layer) after less than 3 weeks of use, complete refusal of customer service to help me with this problem despite following the usage instructions (no salt or bleach)

Order placed on October 6th, arrived at the desired pickup point on October 25th, and the package was returned to the sender the next day. Disappointed not to have received my order on time. And no commercial gesture was offered for another order. Disappointed.

Easy-to-use site. I ordered a glass teapot. Quick preparation and shipping. However, the over-packaging: a box with the teapot, in a slightly larger box, in another much larger one. Is it for safety to avoid breakage? I think the last box could have been avoided. Otherwise, very good.

Site facile d’utilisation. J’ai commandé une théière en verre. Préparation et envoi rapide. Par contre sur-emballage : un carton avec la théière , dans un carton un peu plus grand , dans un autre bien plus grand. Est-ce par sécurité pour éviter la casse ? Je pense que le dernière carton aurait pu être éviter. Sinon très bien.
