I didn't realize the handle I bought was sold individually. I ended up with one handle. The rest is functional.

The website is great, but I can't say the same about the delivery. I was notified that I would be delivered one morning between 9 AM and 12 PM. I took the morning off to be present for the delivery, and at 12:30 PM, I still hadn't received it. Checking my order tracking, I learned that the package had been delivered at 11:50 AM. So I called the carrier, DPD, who asked me to call back the next day because they needed to investigate where the delivery was made. I got angry because I couldn't take another half-day off work, and I felt that in the end, my casserole dish was very expensive! Fortunately, that same evening, my building superintendent called to tell me he had received my package. I have some apprehension about a future order.
