This is my second order and I am very satisfied with the quality of the products. It takes a little time to master the ideal temperature, but after that, it's perfect.

Products as described, I am satisfied with them. Delivery: packaging needs improvement, the handles of the two pans were sticking out of the box upon receipt.

Great website! but sometimes it's hard to find your way around. Lots of products and you have to search for information. I was just looking for a good 28cm frying pan that doesn't simmer. I had to come back twice because I was motivated to make a Cristel purchase

Hello, We are sincerely sorry to hear that our home delivery service did not meet your expectations. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your experience; we wish to find a suitable solution. Sincerely. The cristel.com team

Reply from Michel A.

1. Respect the delivery times: between 10 AM and 1 PM, followed by "we couldn't". 2. On the second delivery, ask for guidance and demand delivery to the street. 3. All this for a package that could easily have been left in my standard mailbox, provided the delivery person had the Vigik pass that all delivery people have. 4. Contact with the delivery people. I'd rather not talk about it. I will never order from Cristel again.
