Simple order and delivery was compliant and fast. I am therefore very satisfied. The only drawback concerns the return management policy, which lacks flexibility. I didn't need it in the end, but the process you described to me seemed more tedious than on some very well-known online sales sites (.). You would gain by improving this point.

. Vous gagneriez à améliorer ce point.

I'm used to it now so it's easy, and what I like is that when a product isn't available, I receive an email informing me when it's back in stock so I can order it, even if it's several months after I first needed it.

As usual, impeccable service, order delivered the very next day (so it's not just Amazon that can do that!). And the quality is always there!
