I cannot give an opinion on the product ordered, since I have not received it. The disaster comes from DPD, who sent me a message two weeks ago informing me that they were leaving my package at a different drop-off point than the one I had requested, with no explanation of course. I immediately sent a message to Cristel customer service, explaining that I cannot go to the drop-off point imposed by DPD, and thus began a dialogue to obtain an acceptable delivery. The conclusion was that the package would be returned to Cristel at the end of the announced waiting week, and that they would refund me. So I am waiting for the refund and will place a new order avoiding DPD.

Cristel cookware is a fantastic kitchen utensil. As a customer of the brand for 25 years, I have never been disappointed. The reconditioning service for non-stick pans is a plus. The only downside is their relatively high price.

Excellent quality product for those who love to cook. You need to learn how to use stainless steel products, both for cooking and cleaning.
