Reliable website regarding shipments. A problem with the pans: the website indicates that the customer can opt for removable handles, but in reality, the option does not exist. And that's a real shame!

The package was not complete at the pickup point; I refused it. The carrier lost it. It's been over two weeks; I have neither been reimbursed nor received the merchandise.

We have had several saucepans for over 10 years. They are in perfect condition, even though we burned two of them by forgetting them on the stove. After scrubbing them well, they were back in good condition.

I use 2 pans, a fish pan, a saucepan and now the stockpot, everything is perfect. Quick heating, heat retention, maintenance, by following the instructions from the start, nothing to complain about.
