Verified reviewThe paints - all great. Charcoal- what has happened??? Charcoal used to come in a lovely simple ie NON SHINY box with all charcoal wrapped in one piece of tissue paper, enough to wrap all sizes.! But no, now we live an age where we know plastic isn’t good for the environment so what do you do? Oh yes let’s wrap a paltry amount of charcoal, (yes FAR LESS than one used to get), in LOTS OF SEPARATE PACKETS OF PLASTIC. And I’m convinced it’s not as strong as it used to be so please tell me what that is about? So as you can gather I’m very disappointed with the charcoal, and it was expensive!

Our target is always 1-2 working days and we fell well short of our target on this occasion. I can only apologise. Thank you for taking the time to review us. I'm so sorry your delivery took longer than expected. I've looked into your order and can see you ordered on a Monday but we had to age check your goods. This, unfortunately, always slows things down a bit. I can see we despatched on the following Thursday (so 3 working days after ordering). We always attempt to despatch within 2 working days so I apologise for the slower than usual delivery. We continue to work on improving our despatch times and I can assure you our record recently and going forward will be comfortably within our 1-2 working day targets. Verified reviewI ordered som pastels on 8th March. It is now 19th March and my order still has not arrived so I am pretty fed up. I have had no issues with the products when I have gone to the shop but this postal order has been very frustrating and I will not order form them again.Hopefully they will arrive at some point.

I've looked into your order and can see you ordered on Friday late afternoon and we despatched on the following Tuesday. This is within 2 working days which, I hope yiou agree, is reasonable.
