Verified reviewUnusually, the paints were poorly packed and there was leakage from one item. I have ordered similar in the past and these have been well wrapped in bubble wrap. Disappointing as they arrived very quickly.

Asked the company to delay delivery until the next week - no problem, delivered pretty damn smartly as requested. 😊 Proof that someone at Cowling & Wilcox reads the order requests and/or e-mails. Very well done that company

Verified reviewI was happy with the discounted tube paints I ordered, and that Cowling and Wilcox informed me that one item was delayed, but the paints were packed directly into a mail bag. This didn't stop several tubes of paint arriving quite dented. Also the sharp corners of the tubes pierced through the bag during transit. Fortunately none were lost en route, but I do think a small box for such items is mandatory.

Verified reviewThe site was great to navigate. I paid extra for next day delivery, unfortunately this didn't happen and the paint didn't arrive in time for my screenprint. It should have arrived on Wednesday, it was delivered on Saturday. I realize you are not in control of posting times but it did affect my order.

I've looked into your order and I can see you ordered late on 23/03 and we despatched the following day on a Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked service. This should have arrived the following day on the 25/03 but it arrived, instead, on Thursday 26/03 so it was a day late. I'm so sorry about this and I do apologise we were both let down by Royal Mail on this occasion. It looks like you've already been refunded for your Next Day Delivery fee and i hope that goes some way to making up for the delayed delivery. Verified reviewThe products are of reasonable quality. It is the delivery system used that lets you down. Apart from being informed that the items ordered have been shipped there is no communication from the courier when they will be delivered which is frustrating

This is very strange as at all steps of the delivery process we send out emails to inform of updates.
