I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewBox arrived with someone's original parts in, not the parts I paid for. Emailed Europe-moto, basically no response and couldn't give a toss. I paid a high price for second hand parts! Avoid like the plague. A £400 mistake.

Verified reviewThe ordered place back in Feb 27 and it looks over 3.5 months to delivered because of 1 back stock item were delay as the date mentioned when order. But by the time this item deliver then there is another item were sold out and need to change to another color. The order pattern is not good for multiple items if there is any item out of stock at the same time. Hope you can improve in the future.
