Review Summary
Bmw.europe-moto is described as a company where ordering feels straightforward, with helpful staff, fast delivery, and good value for money. A few customers mention that the order process can become confusing because of different packages and options, and one review points to misleading product descriptions.

I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewTook a while to ship (though not that much different if I had ordered at my local dealership) but communication was good. Received everything I ordered with no issues and fast shipping after it actually shipped.

Verified reviewThe order delivery was smooth though it took some time. I had to return the purchase and would appreciate it if the returns policy was a bit more organised!!

Verified reviewGreat product, however it doesn’t give much of a description. It doesn’t fit the S1000r with a tail tidy. Plus I got stung an additional £72 in taxes to import to the uk just for an added kick.
