I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewWasn't told at the time of purchase that I would have to pay an import tax to the UK, the part was more expensive then buying from my local bmw dealership

Verified reviewGood service and communication. Options with DHL on delivery were useful. As order value was below UK Customs import limit no additional costs and I saved v's UK sellers.

Verified reviewWebsite is very limited in details and instructions. Could do with improving pictures and photos of products on and off the bikes. There is literally no instructions and to find the instructions is extremely difficult to do.
