I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewYou dispatched the gearbox which I asked you not to send within minutes of ordering it because it was the wrong part and you dispatch the item once my bank fraud team got in touch with you then it cost me £200 in PMP there and back to France he was arrogant with you answering your emails and was late in the winter and you’re still hanging onto my money and instead of giving me £410.58 you’re now going to send me back £390.04 Anybody who sees this post stay well away from this company they are a bunch of rip-off merchants.
