I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewWell priced items. Be sure if you're ordering, you confirm exactly what it is you're ordering. Due to the language barrier I was mistakenly advised that the part I then ordered was what I needed to fit the connected cradle. Whilst it was a necessary part, it was only one part of a kit. I had to source the remainder of the kit elsewhere.

Verified reviewMy order arrived 2weeks ago but they sent me the wrong size pants . I ordered a size 52 jacket and pants but got a size 56 pants these are huge much to big for to wear. I have phoned numerous times and sent many emails with photos included. The last I heard was a weeks ago that the after sales department would contact me to resolve it “as soon as possible “. I can’t return the pants to get the size I ordered until I get permission from them it seems. This totally unacceptable customer service.
