I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewIt takes 2 days to answer a question to get another question which takes another 2 days to get an answer! Then it states 3-5 days delivery which actually means 3-5 weeks! I went to trade my bike in thinking I would have the part within a week but no, had to explain to the dealer it would be fitted when I took the bike back & devalued my bike!

Verified reviewThe reason for only 4 stars is because fir 3 weeks fro order i haven't heard anything back, i also sent a few email to ask with no reply. Only when i phoned i was informed that there were supply issues and that now they will process it. 4 days after my call i got the goids.
