I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewUPS delivered the package to the wrong address. I called them to advise that the package was marked as delivered but I had not received it. They advised they would check with the driver and call me back within an hour. I am still waiting on that call back.

Waited quite a while for the shipment, because they did not know sprays cannot be sent by air - therefore shipment was returned, everything had to be repacked (sprays were removed from the shipment). Refund for the sprays was fast. I will order again.
