I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewI've had a very difficult experience so far. I ordered from UK. The website does not inform that you will have to pay customs duty of £127 for a helmet of £460. Even worse, it didn't fit me and now I'm needing to return paying another £50....so that £177 of additional cost, and now I don't even know if my money will be refunded. So I'm really gutted with my entire experience and the money I've lost....about £650 approx

Verified reviewFirstly, I would like to point out I would score this purchase as a 5star if bmw.Europe-Moto.com had been faster at communicating with me. As I had a deadline to have this order received by. For weeks I was asking them to just confirm if I would receive this order in time for a fitting on august 6th. Fortunately they replied just in time and sent the order the same day. The best part of this order was the price. They saved me couple bucks compared to my dealer. I recommend them to anyone who owns a bmw motorcycle.

I have heard nothing from him for a few days. As the item takes a couple nof weeks to get here from Germany I’m anxious to get the full order asap.

Verified reviewGood quality materials in clutch lever. Prompt service at ordering /internet level . Expensive. Luckily wasn’t in a hurry for this part as long delays either in shipping or manufacture from Germany. BMW needs a small warehouse for crucial spare parts in UK. May be UK market not so important to BMW since Brexit.
