I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewI was excited finding this website with it's well-priced BMW gear. I ordered BMW trousers in size 50. Delivery to Australia only took 2 weeks, BUT .... they sent me size 46 !!! How is that possible these days ? Any price saving is now eroded by the fact that I have to pay return postage, all the way from Australia. I am very disappointed indeed. I will be out of pocket through no fault of my own. I can only hope they send the correct size replacement.

Verified reviewEmail replies take a few day but the help when it arrives is useful. It took 21 days from ordering to arriving in the UK but the product was as expected for quality. The price was fine in the sale, a downside although nothing to do with europe-moto was Brexit, and having customs/VAT charged on top. This made the item £24 more expensive than buying through a UK dealership. The company is genuine and have no complaints other than if your buying from the UK check with the dealerships first and avoid my mistake to go with a discount price. Recommend for the lucky people living in Europe.
