I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewMy helmet is faulty, I reported and received very little feedback and now have to pay £50 to send it back! Would not recommend using - product quality of my helmet was very poor. The visor has a huge gap it in on one side, not what i expect for £500.

Verified reviewI purchased a BMW helmet System 7 Evo 2022, following the size table in the BMW Europe Moto web page, it says it is 58-59 cm helmet but helmet is smaller than 57-58 cm, most probably correspond to a 55-56 cm helmet with a label of 58-59 cm helmet... Ready Bad!!! And now Europe Moto said that I should send the helmet back, assuming myself the transport and taxes cost that are higher than helmet price!!! No real solution from BMW Europe Motor for a mistake that it is not mine.
