I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewI ordered a cover for a gs 1250ad motorcycle, the cover I received is really small and barely covers the motorcycle with the side boxes, very disappointing to pay a high price for it and receive a product from Indonesia that is small and does not fit.

Verified reviewAbsolutely awful! Long wait for delivery. When arrived was completely wrong item not as ordered. Loads of automatic responses to email. Asked to wait a week for a reply from returns team. Didn’t get one. Raised again and asked to wait another 48 for a reply because « they have a lot of emails » ! Save yourself a lot of trouble … stay away from Europe moto!!!

Verified reviewOrdered in the beginning of July and the carrier lost the parcel. Now it is September and still no package. I been having a long discussion in e-mail with the CS and asked them to send another parcel since I already paid for it. They reply is that they need to get the other parcel back before the can send the new one. Probably won't get any parcel at all..and the MC season is soon over....
