I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Once I made my choice of helmet and visor accessories the order process was smooth and the international delivery was relatively quick. Verified reviewDuring the purchase process there is no word in the description that this tail bag has a limit of 160 km/h. If I know that in the first place, I wouldn't buy it. On the website the say the delivery take up to 3-5 days. I wait for the parcel 22 days. I'm not happy about this delay. I send a message, but they reply but only with a automated email. No compensation is offered so far.

Verified reviewI bought a battery charger from your side and sent it to my P.O.Box in Mainz Germany , but my shipper aramex couldn't ship it to Saudi Arabia due to restrictions in Germany , i asked to return and exchange but it was not accepted by the person who contacted me stating that it was over my 14 days return. As a BMW customer i would expect a better service when such things happen..... I was really disappointed on this matter.

Verified reviewTook over 2 weeks to deliver stock item, then had to pay additional taxes which was not clearly stated when ordered. I understand the extra taxes due to brexit but should have been stated on the website at least. Could have bought locally in the end.
