I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewAppalling customer service coupled with UK ‘catches’ over returns, exchanges and eventually for a refund. You get stung for import tax (expected but unannounced) and end up losing this along with return carriage (you have to pay) and be expected pay again even for exchange. The whole outfit borders as a scam operation - AVOID!

A very cheap rate for an overseas shipment with tracking, and although not the fastest delivery time, the overall search-purchase-delivery experience was very good, so I will definitely be using Europe-Moto in future.
