I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewIf you are ordering something I would advise you do this at least 2 to 3 months before you need it and also be prepared to pay extortionate amounts of duty tax before they deliver your item .I will personally never use this again as it works out far too exspensive and delivery is as poor as the customer service

Verified reviewextremely bad customer service support - they missed the delivery date, and I asked formally to cancel the order, but they ignored me and sent it anyway after I have travelled for a long business trip, it is automatically returning back to them now by the courier! They are not reliable and I do NOT recommend their service at all!
