I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewBought the BMW cap but unfortunately i was disappointed because the fit of the cap was not good, it seems to be designed for men and the result was that when pulling the cap downwards to fit correctly on my forehead, the edges on either side of the cap are pushing my ears outward and i look quite ridiculous, so unfortunately i can not wear it 😢😢😢
