I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewThe shipping was awful. I asked for fast shipping as I was going away and they said no. My original shipping date to arrive was the 20th of May but ended up being 2 weeks later than that. If you want to compete then you must ship fast and have options. I offered to pay for fast shipping o I don’t see the problem.
