I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewBefore making my online purchase, have read so many positive & negative reviews. Though, I would like to give it a trial with purchasing of a pair of boots & gloves. My order was being processed accordingly. It took slightly longer time to reach me. I used Chrono to deliver the items to Asia country, no problem. Just make sure your order is on right sizing as further communication could be hassled. Thank you Europe Moto 👍👍

Should have been midnight blue with red hi-vis marks and text. Dark blue with white sent. Not impressed by the long delivery time or that wrong garment sent. 👎

Verified reviewI ordered a BMW Motorrad jacket and a pair of riding boots on May 17. At the time of purchase, and later via email, I was informed that my order would be delivered by May 26. From the beginning, the shipment tracking was questionable. The tracking information showed a new scan almost every day, but always at the same location, with no actual progress. When June arrived, I contacted customer support to find out what was happening with my order. The only response I received was to be patient. This was particularly frustrating because I had planned a motorcycle trip and specifically purchased this equipment for that purpose. After waiting longer, I contacted support again and was once more told to keep checking the tracking information and that an update would be available soon. Eventually, on June 11, the jacket arrived, but the boots were missing. According to the tracking information, they are still somewhere in France with no clear delivery date. Overall, the service, delivery process, and customer communication have been extremely disappointing and far below the standard that BMW as a premium brand promotes. Considering the prices of these products, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and reliability. Orders I place from other retailers across Europe usually arrive in Croatia within a few days, while my BMW order will likely not be delivered in full even a month after payment and purchase. A very disappointing experience that does not reflect the quality and reputation associated with the BMW brand.
