I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewA nice upgrade over my previous GS helmet. I first tried the XL size, but it felt too large. The L (59 cm) seemed surprisingly tight at first, yet after a few rides I realized the fit was actually spot on. The updated padding, MIPS system and revised retention design all feel like genuine improvements over the previous generation. There is already a newer GS model available, but coming from the older version, this one feels like a worthwhile step forward.

Verified reviewThe website does not make clear there will be Customs and VAT on top of your order. Secondly when I needed to return an item they were not helpful as the parcel,services want you to pay VAT again to return it. An unhappy experience for me
