I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewArticle was fine. But delivery had hidden costs for import into Switzerland. First of all I think it is not justified, because this is VaT to be paid in Switzerland, but same time you get VAT refund from wherever you import it. With VAT in most European countries are 18-21% or more, and Switzerland has less then 10%. You already profit from VAT refund Second: there is high Risk for phishing wegen asking for Credit Card Details on unknown platforms.
