I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

I purchased a jacket and trousers, the jacket fitted perfectly; however, the trousers were too large on the waist (even though I followed the sizing chart). Verified reviewVery easy to deal with. Any and all issues sorted in good time. I live in the UK, and despite the VAT and import tax when I received my item,it was still a saving on buying in the UK. The shipping is a little slow, which is outside the remit of the shop, but worth the wait. If buying clothing, ensure you order the correct size, it will be resolved, but will take time. Highly recommended.
