I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

Verified reviewGreat product Central locking is amazing Remember one thing if you configure key yourself make sure that total slots only use 7 Means 6 O shaped and 1 u shaped Dont use 8 slots If u use 8 slots then it will work in your hand but once u insert the key cylinder to top box then key may stuck One more if you want to remove key cylinder Open the box and same exact top of key you can find one yellow sticker Once you remove and use kind of small tool to push in to that hole

Verified reviewThe company was decent they were very good to contact on the phone however marked down for 2 reasons. 1. Although I paid for the most expensive express shipping this was shipped standard by road. and when I rang the company, he was quite rude and just told me to email them. 2. when posting the product there is no indication of lead time. It’s not until after you pay for it did they tell you it will take two weeks. However my biggest issue was the product it didn’t look anything like the photo didn’t have the correct mountain brackets that were seen in the photo. It arrived completely different differently with no instructions.

Verified reviewProduct promised early July but turned up 3weeks later far too late to be of any use. Had to pay an unexpected customs fee to receive it and then potentially another fee to send it back. Stuck with unwanted goods and very out of pocket. Don’t use this company, very unreliable and very disinterested customer service.
