I cant say I'm impressed with the service provided. I had spent a week emailing to get an update on my order, to then be told that it was delayed. I had stated that I no longer wanted the item and to cancel it and i wanted a full refund - this request was ignored on multiple occasions. I then get an update that it was still being sent. I asked them not to send it (again) and this request was still ignored. I was ignored to a point I had asked my bank to dispute the item. I then received the item and was told to return it... this was not simple as nowhere close to me actually sends these returns. I have now sent the item back after this has been ongoing for months. I would not recommend you use this service unless you wish for poor customer service, being ignored and then having your bank deal with it! I wish I could give 0 stars!!

The processing took 8 days to be completed & the shipping took ard 3 weeks to Singapore My 2nd order was delivered to me within a week including the processing period My 3rd order was the worst as they delivered wrong items to me, this issue is not settled yet as I m still waiting for their reply. The processing took 8 days to be completed. Shipping took ard 5 days. Ordering from them is very unpredictable on the delivery as the processing time takes far too long before orders are shipped out. Buy only if the price is good & no urgency .

Verified reviewFirst I forgot to enter my residence nr, and sent a request to correct this, it took 2 weeks to receive a (re)action. As it took 2 weeks before the order was shipped while other companies ship within 3 days, even companies in Asia!
