Verified reviewAs I said in the other review I submitted, products were fine, communication was questionable. Tracking link received on the Friday, still wasn't working on the Tuesday night, then I get an email on the Wednesday morning saying it was out for delivery that day. Having only searched for reviews elsewhere AFTER placing the order, and with the lack of tracking info, I was left questioning when/even IF I would actually receive the order. There are A LOT of not great reviews out there. Pricing is excellent, albeit a decent chunk of what you gain is then lost in the shipping cost.

Verified reviewI bought an Ultegra 4iiii power meter crank arm from Bikeinn. It was approx £100 cheaper than I could find online in the UK, so that was a huge incentive. Delivery was fast, only 5 days from placing the order, and it was fully tracked so I knew exactly where it was at any given moment. Overall, an excellent service.
