The size chart is quite misleading but I’ve used them as my wedding shoes and they really look pretty nice. Used them all day without issues. Shipment should be cheaper. I had to pay 25€ to return my old size. But at last, very happy with them

Verified reviewI had an issue with one item in the order and the customer service effectively, efficiently, and quickly addressed it. It is clear that they are a customer-driven company, investing time, energy, and resources to make sure that what they sell meets customer's expectations, and providing adequate support when needed. I recommend them, and hope they will continue with the same quality both in their products and their customer service. I'd suggest adding foot dimension (length and width) to the size guide wherever possible to faciliate online purchase. Overall, I recommend the store, thank you!

Verified reviewVery bad experience! I have ordered my shoes over three weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I have not received any information, QR code or anything form Chronopost about where my order is and I always get emails from Bexley telling me that they are trying to find the order together with Chronopost. I am at a point where I rather want my money back than have the shoes. Would give 0 out of 5 if possible!
